At Garde-Malade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your medical apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of hair, stains, or odors.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
